Sheet Metal Products

Danco offers precision worked sheet metal components made from :

• Carbon steel sheets [2mm to 12mm thickness]
• Stainless steel sheets [2mm to 10mm thickness]
• Aluminum sheets [2mm to 12mm thickness]

The maximum profile size available is 300mm X 1500mm.

Key features of the sheet metal products

• Dimensional accuracies of the circumferences and slots / holes are assured by precision laser-cutting of the basic profile.
• The components are then bent, shaped, punched, tapped, mounted with other components, and assembled, if and as needed.
• The components can be mounted/assembled to form ready-to-use sub-assemblies.
• Different finishes (pickling, polishing, plating, powder coating, galvanizing etc) are available to suit individual customers’ needs.
